The Forum was hosted by the Boao Forum for Asia with the participation of Mr. Yu Jianhua, Vice Minister of Commerce of China; Mr. Le Yucheng, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of China; Mr. Kawai Masahiro, Dean and CEO of the Asian Development Bank Institute; and Mr. Zhang Xinqi, Mayor of Qingdao City. During the Forum, Amb. Shin met Amb. Zhou Wenzhong, Secretary-General of the Boao Forum for Asia, and Mr. Stanley Loh, Ambassador of the Republic of Singapore to China. He also received interview from Xinhua News Agency, People’s Daily, CCTV and China Radio International.
Throughout the Forum, Amb. Shin introduced the progress of the trilateral cooperation and the CJK FTA, and shared his vision for peace and co-prosperity in East Asia through deeper economic integration.
